The resort itself was very beautiful and clean! This is certainly the place to go if you enjoy spending money, obviously. The staff, as pleasant as they are, not very attentive. I had several room issues including checking into a room that was already occupied, being locked out of my room several times due to faulty keys, and since housekeeping did not come through on its own I decided to call - they still never came. But it certainly is wonderful waking up to chickens and lizards outside your stone balcony each morning!

Bons tempos! Ótimo bar, adorei Gizmo's !!!! A praia tem excelentes vistas! Existem pontos de venda "EUA". Boa aparência e manutenção do hotel! Não consegui deixar o papagaio mascote (A Macaw) se sentir muito seguro!

A equipe é absolutamente incrível, meu marido, filha e eu ficamos de 22/06/21 a 6/30, desde o nosso primeiro dia fomos tratados como uma família e que nos conheciam há anos. Fizemos tudo incluído e a comida era ótima. Estamos fazendo planos para outra viagem em janeiro. Nós costumávamos adorar cruzeiros até que ficamos em Divi, em St Maarten. Nós amamos St Maarten e as pessoas são muito acolhedoras. Obrigado Divi pelas ótimas férias.

The staff is absolutely amazing, my husband, daughter and I stayed from 6/22/21 to 6/30, from our first day we were treated like family and that they knew us for years. We did the all inclusive and the food was great. We are making plans for another trip in January. We used to love cruises until we stayed at Divi in St Maarten. We love St Maarten and the people are so welcoming. Thank you Divi for a great vacation.

A praia era adorável, belas vistas. O quarto era espaçoso, com uma vista incrível da varanda para o oceano. A piscina era convidativa, grande e com diferentes níveis entre outras vistas espetaculares. O problema ... os quartos eram especialmente sujos. O banheiro estava sujo. Os lençóis tinham o cabelo da pessoa anterior na cama, a TV não funcionava, o cofre não funcionava, o telefone funcionava às vezes, mas ninguém atendia o telefone na recepção ou no serviço de limpeza. Arrumação foi dito no dia em que chegamos que o nosso quarto estava no horário de check-out. Minha filha voltou para o nosso quarto para encontrar a governanta mexendo em nossas coisas, porque pensaram que haviam sido deixados para trás. (Uma sala cheia de coisas deixadas para trás ...) O pessoal reclamava, a espera por coisas simples como água, pão com manteiga no jantar, talheres era inacreditável. Nosso grupo viu outros servindo imediatamente que vieram depois de nós e ainda assim nós esperamos pelo serviço. A comida é a mesma todos os dias, exceto às terças-feiras e todas as opções de almoço eram gordurosas e não saudáveis. O frango estava muito picante para as crianças comerem e elas viviam de batatas fritas. O concurso do bar na piscina fazia bebidas terríveis. Quando você pediu uma bebida e recebeu outra, ela disse que eram todos iguais. Se visitarmos esta ilha novamente ... encontraremos um lugar do lado francês onde as pessoas foram tão gentis, calorosas, convidativas, atenciosas e a comida tão boa. Estou decepcionado com este resort. Até a agência de atividades na praia, as pessoas eram grosseiras. Eu nunca experimentei esses maus-tratos no resort.

The beach was lovely, beautiful views. The room was spacious with an amazing balcony view of the ocean. The pool was inviting, large and with different levels amongst other spectacular views. The problem...the rooms were especially dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The bed sheets had the previous persons hair on the bed, the TV didn't work, the safe didn't work, the phone worked at times but no one ever answered the phone at the front desk or housekeeping. Housekeeping was told the day we checked in that our room was on the check out schedule. My daughter went back to our room to find housekeeping going through our things because they thought they were left behind. ( A whole room full of things left behind...) The staff complained, the wait for simple things like water, bread with butter at dinner, silverware was unbelievable. Our group watched others served right away who came in after us and yet we still waited for service. The food is the same everyday except Tuesday and all of the lunch options were greasy and unhealthy. The chicken was too spicy for the kids to eat and they lived off fries. The bar tender at the pool made terrible drinks. When you asked for one drink and got a different drink she said that they were all the same anyway. Should we visit this island again...we will find a place on the French side where the people were so kind, warm, inviting, accommodating and the food was so good. I am disappointed in this resort. Even the activity agency on the beach, the people were rude. I have not experienced such resort mistreatment.

This is the best resort on the island!! Staff friendly. We partied every night! One of the things I liked most was the convenience of the bar and the food with the location of the beach you didn't have to go far . The infinity pool gorgeous it was very clean and well kept. The resort made the covid test easy to take for your return flight, and that was just so helpful and stress relieving I got the results back very fast. I had a beachfront Villa, my view was beautiful.The bellman Pierre, Sandra, Anna the staff was just so friendly down to the hardest-working chef's on the island. There is a cafe on property so you can get☕and🥐.

Booked a six night stay with another couple. Arrived and rooms were in separate buildings not next to each other as booked. They corrected this but the rooms were still some distance apart. The room was nice except for the following list. No water pressure in shower. There bathroom faucet had to be replaced. The slider was broken and couldn't be secured. The hot tub has no directions and there's a power switch in the next room that needs to be turned on for it to work. Of course, not labeled. No hot water for hot tub, kinda defeats the purpose. The management had to be told multiple times before problems were corrected. TV also didn't work properly. Very disappointed with an otherwise beautiful resort. Staff was very good, maintenance very poor. Would not go there again.

Two Stars and I'm being Generous folks. The Good; Great location nice outside bar and Steven and Lee the Bartenders are excellent and let's not forget Gizmo the Parret makes it a lot of Fun. The Shuttle drivers are the best unfortunately the front desk when they decide to answer the phone they don't always relay the message that you need a shuttle. The Rooms are nice but they would be nicer if everything in the rooms worked, in order to get Hot Water and decent water pressure in the Shower you have to turn on the tub on full hot and then turn on the shower and let it run for 20 Minutes I am not kidding here folks. House Cleaning is supposed to come every other day they can once in 5 Days and only because we complained almost every day. There's much more but I think you get the Idea by now. Save your money go somewhere else.

Es un lugar donde podés encontrar todo tipo de apartamento, para parejas , para familias , con salida directa al mar , o en lugares con vistas a ambas bahías . Con pileta borde infinito , con lindos lugares donde comer siempre muy bien .
