Não estou satisfeito em ficar no hotel. Alguns detalhes do quarto parecem antigos e precisam ser substituídos, por exemplo, uma mesa e uma mesa de recepção, algumas cadeiras e alguns tecidos no restaurante (travesseiros). Este é um pedido muito simples - leite de soja sem açúcar, mas aparentemente o preço de 1500 $ por noite é muito baixo para atender a tais pedidos de hóspedes. Uma pequena seleção de frutos do mar! Só existe um tipo de peixe no cardápio e camarão, embora o hotel esteja localizado próximo a uma vila de pescadores. A comida no restaurante não é muito saborosa, não puxa em nada o custo. Esteja preparado também que em vez de uma vista magnífica do oceano (conforme mostrado no site), você verá navios enferrujados parados bem em frente ao hotel. Aparentemente minhas expectativas eram muito altas Porque eu já estive em um dos aman- “amanruya” e tudo estava realmente no mais alto nível .. Estou esperando uma mensagem dos líderes da Aman, porque geralmente, depois de visitar qualquer hotel, uma carta chega a mim com um pedido para avaliar a acomodação, mas desta vez não foi. Eu quero saber porque.

No estoy satisfecho con quedarme en el hotel. Algunos detalles de la habitación parecen viejos y necesitan ser reemplazados, por ejemplo, un escritorio y un mostrador de recepción, algunas sillas y algunos textiles en el restaurante (almohadas). De los altos estándares de la red Aman, solo la actitud amistosa del personal. Aunque no todo el personal está listo para atenderlo. Por ejemplo, en la zona de la playa no están preparadas las hamacas y cuando bajamos a la playa nadie nos ofreció hacer hamacas. La playa estaba llena de basura, nos dijeron, perdón por una tormenta. Y es raro. ¡2 personas podrían limpiar toda la basura en media hora! Pero aparentemente eran demasiado vagos. También pedí que nos compraran leche de soja sin azúcar. Pero esto tampoco se hizo. I'm not satisfied with staying at the hotel. Some details in the room look old and need to be replaced, for example, a desk and a reception desk, some chairs and some textiles in the restaurant (pillows). For example, in the beach area, sun beds are not prepared and when we went down to the beach, no one offered us to make beach beds. The beach was full of garbage, they told us, sorry there was a storm. And it's weird. 2 people could clean up all the garbage in half an hour! But apparently they were too lazy. I also asked to buy soy milk without sugar for us. But this was also not done. This is a very simple request - soy milk without sugar, but apparently the price of 1500$ per night is too low to fulfill such requests of guests. A small selection of seafood ! There is only one type of fish on the menu and shrimp, although the hotel is located next to a fishing village. The food in the restaurant is not very tasty, it does not pull at the cost at all. Be ready also that instead of a magnificent view of the ocean (as shown on the website) you will see rusty ships that stand right in front of the hotel. Excelente acomodação no leste da Ilha de Bali. A hospitalidade é, sem dúvida, notável. Este resort está escondido da vista do público, pois a colina cobria sua propriedade e sua praia perfeitamente. A comida é ótima, embora algumas refeições não sejam autênticas. Esta propriedade também usa mini suv modificado em vez de carrinho elétrico para levar os hóspedes do saguão principal para a área de atividades na praia. Infelizmente, a sala de ginástica tem um desempenho insatisfatório e não está bem equipada. No geral, esta propriedade de 30 anos é de primeira qualidade e deve ser experimentada. Excelente alojamiento en el este de la isla de Bali. La hospitalidad es indudablemente notable. Este complejo está oculto a la vista del público ya que la colina cubría perfectamente su propiedad y su playa. La comida es excelente, aunque algunas comidas no son auténticas. Esta propiedad también utiliza un mini todoterreno modificado en lugar de un buggy eléctrico para llevar a los huéspedes desde el vestíbulo principal hasta el área de actividades de la playa. Desafortunadamente, la sala del gimnasio tiene un rendimiento inferior, no está bien equipada. En general, esta propiedad de 30 años es de primera categoría y hay que probarla. I really wish the pandemic is over soon, so people can experience a getaway to this spacious, beautiful, stunning Amankila.
Located in a secluded area with private beach, you can feel the fresh air with lush greeneries surroundings.
Imagine attend a wedding invitation here. It would be amazing. The people here were helpful, friendly, and so kind. I wish them health and happiness.

Este é um lindo resort. Edward Tuttle era um gênio. Gostei da aula particular de culinária ministrada pelo sous chef do resort. A qualidade dos pratos servidos no restaurante é excelente. A razão pela qual classifiquei com 3 estrelas? Nossa experiência em Amankila não foi tão grande quanto as que tivemos em Amandari, Amansara ou Aman Venice ... etc. A qualidade do serviço era normal, mas não tão impressionante quanto os outros resorts Aman. Eu teria classificado como 5 estrelas se este resort foi gerido pelo Four Seasons. Amankila ainda é um resort de lugar agradável, mas definitivamente não é um lugar para uma experiência autêntica de Aman.

This is a beautiful resort. Edward Tuttle was a genius. I enjoyed the private cooking class held by the sous chef of the resort. The quality of dishes served in the restaurant are great. The reason why I rated it 3 stars? Our experience at Amankila was not as great as the ones we had at Amandari, Amansara or Aman Venice...etc. The service quality was okay but not as impressive as the other Aman resorts. I would have rated it 5 stars if this resort was managed by Four Seasons. Amankila is still a nice place resort but definitely not a place for an authentic Aman experience.
