“The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Some people of the personnel were very nice. But generally things kept being annoying for no reasons. We stayed for 12 nights and were in Lima to work. It was not possible to eat food we had delivered downstairs even if there was absolutely no one there. Another morning it was a big crisis when I tried to take 1 cup of tea and 2 mini croissants to my room (!). The evening the manager called me in my room to talk about the "incident" during 10 minutes. One morning I got to the breakfast room 10 min before the end and the host was extremely rude, patronizing me for 3 minutes. And last but not least we had two coupons for 2 pisco sour we tried to exchange for a coffee and it was not possible. I mean common I have never stayed in a place where the personnel is so much on your back all the time. I understand there are rules but it's also important to treat your guests nicely especially very quiet ones who are not making any trouble and stay here for a long period of working time.”
