“Older room, staff not bi-lingual. Room cleaning sometimes very late. Morning coffee cold. Concierge uncooperative and argumentative. The charges for internet was exorbitant (if I would have known that, I would have stayed at another hotel that offered it) and they refused to supply coffee or breakfast. Every staff person had their hand out for a tip at all times. And the person who was cleaning my room (late) came in on his day off to ask for a tip when he found out I was leaving. Unfounded charges on my check-out bill, for telephone And I was charged $10.00 USD for a bottle of water that was just sitting on the table (with no price on it). Mini bar too small to allow me to put my own drinks in it. The bed was comfortable. Bath facilities old, mold present, tub leaked, AC weird.”
