“The hotel was just ok
Reception: lovely staff but no upgrades (even though we are a good Member)
Room: extremely dusty, which caused terrible allergies, aircon does not get cold and in the middle of the night you would wake up sweating. The room snacks were nice.
Breakfast: very average with a small variety but not very tasty. We needed up going else where even though we had vouchers.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here at this cosy hotel! The room was cleaned extremely well, the staff were all lovely and a few also spoke English which was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for all visitors. The location is also very good; the surroundings are kept really clean and multiple subway stations are within a 2 - 10 minute walking distance, plus the Imperial Palace is really close which has a park near it - a lovely area to relax while having a packed lunch.
I'll certainly be staying here again in the future. Thank you for making mine and my partners first trip to Japan really comfortable!”
