“Soy guía de turismo y voy a hacer un tour para dos huéspedes del hotel el día de mañana. Llamé a preguntar si tienen parqueadero de bicicletas para dejar la mía durante el tour y recogerla al terminar (como he hecho en otras cadenas hoteleras reconocidas), pero la respuesta en la recepción fue "sí tenemos, pero es solo para clientes". ¿En serio? ¿Tienen muchos huéspedes que llegan en bicicleta a su hotel y ocupan todos sus parqueaderos para bicicletas? Muy decepcionante que un hotel de ese tamaño tenga ese tipo de "políticas".”
